Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to all states and union territories within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time:

  • Order Processing: Orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Charges:

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping (5-7 business days):

    • Flat rate of ₹40 for orders below ₹199.
    • Free shipping on orders above ₹199.

  2. Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days):

    • ₹100 flat rate for all orders.

  3. Local Pickup: Available in Kalol, Gandhinagar. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): Expect delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities/Towns: Expect delivery within 6-8 business days.
  • Remote Locations: Orders may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the courier service's access to the area.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or high volume periods (such as festivals).

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
